The living room also opens onto a splendid south-facing exterior balcony, skillfully crafted from larch wood using a joinery technique that boasts centuries of local history and tradition.

Adjacent to the living room and brightened by large windows with a view of Monte Rosa, it is equipped with everything necessary for cooking: 2 electric cooking plates, a microwave oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils.

The double bedroom is located on the second floor, in the attic loft, and is accessed via a charming wooden staircase.
