THE RESORT OFFERS STUDIOS WITH 2 BEDS, TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS WITH 4 BEDS AND 5 WITH A LOFT, AND SUPERIOR CLASS APARTMENTS

The facility Pietre Gemelle Resort", of brand new construction, is located between the towns of Riva Valdobbia and Alagna in the locality of Pietre Gemelle, just 2 km from the ski lifts.

"Resulting from a patient project started in 2005 by architects Claudia Colla and Davide Gavinelli, its purpose was the renovation of the old buildings in the area; completed in the autumn of 2007, the facility has been available since that winter.

The resort offers apartments with 2 beds, one-bedroom apartments with 4 beds and 5 beds with attic, and two superior class apartments, one of which is attic, each with 6 beds.

There are multiple services available to guests: a large private parking lot, a beautiful summer garden with playgrounds for children, a heated ski room, and a reception with welcoming staff. During the winter season, there is also a free shuttle service to and from the ski lifts.

All apartments, elegantly furnished with taste and warmth, and enhanced with functional accessories, boast fully autonomous heating, satellite color TV, telephone, kitchenware and linen for the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom; some also feature a large private balcony.

The setting in which they are located is unique in the entire valley: all the homes have rooms facing north that enjoy the priceless view of the south face of Monte Rosa and the village of Alagna, and rooms positioned to the south, constantly bathed in sunlight, overlooking the village of Riva Valdobbia.

The wellness center, which includes a hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, massage room, and relaxation area, is available to guests of the facility.

The renovation of the original buildings has been carefully considered and skillfully executed to create a welcoming refuge, characteristic in style yet functional and creative. It is the meeting point of soul, mind, and body, where the environment, nature, sports, and wellness restore the right balance.
