Spring Fishing

Purity, clarity, and impetuosity of the waters: these are the main characteristics of the Sesia River, a natural habitat for many species. Fishing in Valsesia means having access to a truly vast water basin, about 300km of rivers, streams, canals, and fifteen alpine lakes, in a suggestive and majestic natural scenario, with an alternation of verdant clearings, flat areas, and steep gorges.

Today, it is the "Società Valsesiana Pescatori Sportivi" that is responsible for the regulation of this river and its many tributaries: except for special regulation fishing zones, the practice requires daily, fortnightly, or annual permits.
