Canyoning

Accompanied by a guide, you walk through gorges, slide down rocky toboggans, and navigate water slides by swimming or diving.

It's a descent with just your body where the river forms steep slopes, creating gorges and ravines that no boat could ever navigate.

Despite appearances, it is an activity suitable for any athletic person.

Safety is ensured by the presence of a guide who, at each section, teaches the basic techniques, showing how to walk through gorges, slide down rocky "toboggans", and navigate water slides and waterfalls by swimming or diving. In more challenging cases, the guide instructs on how to rappel with a rope.

Mountaineering equipment is necessary.
